Caldwell Co. Sheriff's Office investigating after woman found dead

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a woman was found dead at Highway 183 South near Bridal Path Road on Tuesday.
Authorities said they received the call around 1 p.m. about a report of a dead person at 1576 Highway 183 South.
The woman’s identity has not been confirmed as of Wednesday, the office said.
The sheriff’s office will release additional information as it becomes available.
