Jacob Moran, Christian Convery, Scarlett Estevez & Megan Stott Starring In ‘Greatest Night Of Summer’


EXCLUSIVE: Jacob Moran (Black Phone), Christian Convery (Sweet Tooth), Scarlett Estevez (Daddy’s Home) and Megan Stott (Little Fires Everywhere) are toplining feature Greatest Night Of Summer from director William Atticus Parker (Forty Winks).

Plot details are under wraps, but the film is described as a character-driven story set in a small Tennessee town, with production planned for Savannah, Georgia. Casting is underway for the remainder of the ensemble.

Moran and Convery will executive-produce alongside Vivek Kolli at Link Entertainment, with additional producing partners expected as financing advances. The team is targeting Q2/Q3 2026 start for principal photography. Thomas S. Johnson wrote the original script and will also produce.

Parker praised Johnson’s script as “a rich, heartfelt story that balances humor and emotion in a way that feels both timeless and immediate.”

Moran is known for the Black Phone franchise and Amazon film Holland alongside Nicole Kidman. Convery is known for The Monkey for Osgood Perkins and Guillermo Del Toro’s Frankenstein and will star with Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor in upcoming Warner Bros film Flowervale Street produced by JJ Abrams.

Scarlett Estevez is best known for series Lucifer and Paramount franchise Daddy’s Home. Megan Stott had her breakthrough role in Hulu’s Little Fires Everywhere and more recently starred in Netflix series Penelope, which earned her an Indie Spirit nom.

Will Parker wrote, produced and directed Atrabilious, starring Leon Addison Brown, Jeffrey Wright and Whoopi Goldberg, which was the follow up to his directorial debut Forty Winks, starring Justin Marcel McManus, John Turturro and Susan Sarandon. As an actor he will appear in Their Town written by Mark Duplass, The Gray House directed by Roland Joffé and his third feature The Auction, starring Raúl Castillo, Mary-Louise Parker and Audra McDonald.
