KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (-4.5) over Los Angeles Chargers

If it isn’t over already, the Chiefs’ season is on the line on Sunday against the Chargers in Kansas City.

No matter how this season ends, I don’t expect them to go down easily.

They’re catching the Chargers at the time after an ugly showing on Monday night.

Justin Herbert and Co. needed five turnovers from Jalen Hurts, including two on one play, to pull off the W in one of the wildest games of the year.

The victory may have kept the Chargers from some deserved scrutiny that instead went the Eagles’ way.

Quietly, the Chargers turned the ball over three times themselves and gained just 3.8 yards per play.

With just one fewer Hurts mistake, they may have lost the game in overtime.

Now heading to Arrowhead Stadium, the desperate Chiefs aren’t going to make this one easy.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (-12.5) over Indianapolis Colts

It appears to be happening. The 44-year-old Philip Rivers seems likely to start for the Colts after injuries ravaged the team’s quarterback room.

The matchup can’t get any tougher.

The Seahawks’ defense has been ridiculous this season, putting up the 2nd-best EPA per play (-0.12) behind only the Texans.

Since their bye week in Week 8, they’ve been throttling teams on their home field, winning their two games at Lumen Field by a combined 48 points.

Betting on the NFL?

Two weeks ago, the Seahawks shut out the Vikings.

They once again didn’t allow a touchdown last week, holding the Falcons to three field goals.

With so little prep time against this defense, the Seahawks are likely to make this game ugly.

LAST WEEK: 1-1.

2025 SEASON: 13-15.
