State alleges new violations for smells, and more, at Bastrop rendering plant




The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has issued a notice of enforcement to Darling Ingredients for seven alleged violations related to wastewater, odors, equipment failures, and record keeping lapses, which could lead to thousands of dollars in fines.
