Unsettling details emerge as Kentucky cold case is finally solved




After nearly three decades, the Lexington Police Department has identified Robert Eugene Brashers as the serial killer responsible for the 1998 murder of Linda Rutledge, after matching DNA evidence from the crime scene to shell casings and a gun used in the 1991 “Yogurt Shop Murders” case in Austin, Texas.
