Kate Gosselin Addresses Speculation She Married Former Bodyguard Steve Neild
Kate Gosselin has not added marriage to her equation.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum cleared the air after fans speculated about her and boyfriend Steve Neild’s relationship status after the 50-year-old appeared in an Jan. 7 TikTok video with Steve rocking a ring on that finger.
“Whooaaaa. Did you get married? I am so happy that you are happy,” a fan wrote in the comments. “And how have you kept the weight off over your recovery?”
Quickly shutting the rumors down, Kate—who shares 25-year-old twins Mady and Cara and sextuplets Alexis, Joel, Leah, Aadan, Hannah and Collin, all 21, with ex Jon Gosselin—replied to the user, “No lol that’s just my regular jewelry. I didn’t—I gained 15 pounds but hope now that I’m moving around it’ll go.”
While wedding bells did not ring for the former TLC star, she did offer a glimpse of her relationship with Steve. In the clip, Kate—who is on crutches after recovering from a “life altering” leg injury in December—browsed for clothes in a local shop while on vacation with Steve, who was behind the camera.
