Sugar23’s Aubrey Morgan Joins Adventure Media As Manager

EXCLUSIVE: Adventure Media has hired literary manager Aubrey Morgan. She started today.

Morgan came from Sugar23 where she had been since May 2025. She was among six managers who departed recently in the wake of Sugar23’s reorg, with the company focusing on brand content and pulling back on pure representation.

The roster of TV and feature writer clients that Morgan brings with her include Emmy winner Ariel Levine (Pluribus, Better Call Saul, Lucky), Ione Lloyd (Evil, The Sinner), Talia Rothenberg (Le Bal), Crystal Garland (Outer Banks), Jennifer Graham Imada (S.W.A.T., Lucifer), Billy Domineau (Family Guy, Saturday Night Live), Jen McCartney (Solar Opposites), and Max Saltarelli (Maggie, Generation).

Morgan also represents writer-showrunners Jaclyn Moore (Based on a True Story, Nine Perfect Strangers) and Karen Kicak (Workin’ Moms, Sisters), creators and executive producers Rothrock & Weir (Our Ladies), and showrunner Lindsay Weiglein (Dance Moms).

“Aubrey has exceptional taste and a proven track record of building meaningful careers,” said the partners at Adventure Media, the talent management, and production company co-founded in 2022 by Chris von Goetz and James Robins Early. “Her hands-on style fits seamlessly with our approach. We’re excited to welcome her to the team.”

Morgan, who joins Adventure Media after more than a decade in talent representation, previously worked at Mosaic, where she began her career as an assistant before getting promoted.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the team at Adventure, whom I have long admired,” Morgan said. “In an ever-evolving market, I feel fortunate to join a company that continues to represent their clients with integrity and fortitude.”
