Austin overnight cold weather shelters open again tonight — who staffs them?

The city of Austin has activated overnight cold weather shelters every night for a week now as a winter storm rolled through Central Texas and temperatures continue to drop below freezing overnight. Those overnight shelters will be available through Feb 1.
