TEA releases guidelines for school systems after recent student-led walkouts

On Tuesday, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) shared its guidelines as a reminder for school systems regarding student walkouts, absences and district responsibilities. These guidelines follow recent student-led walkouts across several districts in Central Texas to protest against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activities.
