Olivia Culpo Reveals Pregnancy News With Christian McCaffrey in Birthday Post
Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are pregnant, again. The former Miss Universe and her husband announced that they are expecting their second child.
The announcement came on Friday, which also marked Olivia Culpo’s 34th birthday, making the pregnancy reveal an especially personal milestone for the couple. Sharing the news on Instagram, Culpo and husband Christian McCaffrey captioned their post: “Best birthday gift. Baby #2 coming soon.”
The post featured a professionally shot outdoor photo series showing the couple with their daughter Colette, during a picnic in an open field, with several images highlighting Culpo’s baby bump. The announcement comes less than a year after the pair welcomed their first child, Colette, drawing significant attention online from both NFL and celebrity fans.
The couple has not revealed a due date, though the timing has already sparked speculation among fans about whether the baby could arrive during McCaffrey’s upcoming 2026 season with the San Francisco 49ers.
Who Are Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey?
Culpo won the Miss Universe crown in 2012, becoming the first American to claim the title in 16 years, originally a native from Rhode Island. McCaffrey is an American football running back who plays for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL).
They first appeared together publicly after a Mexico vacation in 2019, which was the start of their dating rumors. The duo got married in June 2024 after years of being engaged and moved into what they described as their “forever home,” a $14.5 million former estate of actor George Clooney.

The couple welcomed their first baby, Colette Annalise McCaffrey, in July 2025 in Los Angeles. Culpo was very open about that experience in the months that followed, acknowledging the hard shift to motherhood that carries its own share of difficulty alongside the joy.
She credited her mother with providing substantial postpartum support during the recovery period.
Culpo conceived her first child amid her diagnosis of endometriosis. In 2020, she opened up about her condition, saying, “Endometriosis is a condition where tissue from the uterine lining decides to grow in other random parts of your body, causing pain. This can interfere with fertility and overall health and honestly – happiness.”
