WATCH: Austin ISD high school senior reunites with family after weeks in ICE custody

Austin Independent School District high school senior Luis Fernando Cabrera, 18, reunited with his family on Wednesday after weeks in immigration detention in Karnes County. Cabrera’s sister provided KXAN a video of the emotional reunion showing the teen embracing her and his two-year-old nephew.
