Inside the staggering $40 million NDA that Elon Musk’s ex Ashley St. Clair turned down
Elon Musk’s ex Ashley St. Clair claims she turned down a multi-million-dollar NDA from the newly minted trillionaire after giving birth to his 13th child.
“It was a shock, especially the way in which [the NDA] was presented over disappearing Signal messages,” she alleged on the June 16th episode of the “Don Lemon Show” podcast.
St. Clair, 27, says she was presented with an NDA by Musk’s wealth manager, Jared Birchall.
“Originally, Elon had sent a message to me and Jared that said, ‘Wire Ashley $15 million for a home and reserve capital,’ and that was it,” she alleged. “A few days later, Jared has this two-hour-long phone call with me, where he’s [saying] basically there’s going to have to be some sort of NDA.”
St. Clair remembers telling Birchall that she would not sign an NDA, even after Musk, 54, later offered her “$15 million and $100,000 per month for 20 years,” as long as she kept the relationship secret.
“I was never to disparage Elon. I was never to speak about anything, including his employees, his affiliates, nothing,” she claimed. “I replied to Jared and said, ‘I cannot in good conscience sign this.’”
St. Clair, who has an older child from a previous relationship, explained that she declined to sign an NDA because it “wasn’t what was right for [her] children.”
“[I was] making the moral decision,” she added. “I had said to him, ‘I would rather go to a studio apartment with both of my children than sign this.’”
In February 2025, the former conservative influencer revealed that Musk is the father of her five-month-old son named Romulus.
Shortly after that, Musk confirmed that he’d recently welcomed another son, his 14th, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
St. Clair confirmed she has not spoken to the Tesla honcho since turning down the NDA.
Page Six reached out to Musk for comment.
Last month, St. Clair shared on TikTok that as soon as she found out she was pregnant, their relationship soured.
“As soon as I’m pregnant, this is when things start getting weird,” she told her followers. “There’s just things that are not adding up or that are different from what he previously said to me.”
Previously, Musk threatened to sue for “full custody” due to St. Clair allegedly “coming out in support of trans grooming.”
