Trump shares painting showing him, George Washington and a robot 

President Donald Trump has shared an image on social media that features himself, George Washington and a robot ahead of the 250th anniversary of independence.

The image posted on Truth Social on Sunday night also features landmarks and moments associated with the United States, including the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, the Moon landing and part of Joe Rosenthal’s iconic photograph of Marines raising the U.S. flag during the Battle of Iwo Jima.

“Great painting!!” Trump captioned the post.

The president has made adding his name or likeness to things a defining feature of his second term, with Trump on Friday unveiling a new limited edition U.S. passport design featuring a photo of himself as part of his administration’s initiative to commemorate America’s 250th birthday.
