CJ ENM Hong Kong Sells Package Of Thai Dramas To Amazon MX Player In India 

CJ ENM Hong Kong, an international production division of the Korean entertainment giant, has sold a package of six Thai dramas produced by True CJ Creations to Amazon MX Player India.

All episodes of the six series – Dear My Secretary, Good Doctor, 23:23, Start-Up, Happiness, and Thank You Teacher – will be available on Amazon MX Player from July 2, 2026. 

The six series have all been adapted into Thai from Korean intellectual properties (IP) and cover genres including romance, drama, sci-fi and thriller. They will be available with Hindi dubs and English subtitles when they streaming on Amazon MX Player’s AVOD service in India. 

“These remakes add a distinct Thai flavor to the universal themes and emotional narratives that have driven the global popularity of Korean content,” said CJ ENM Hong Kong in a statement. “The deal highlights the growing international appeal of Korean IP and Thai content beyond traditional content licensing, demonstrating the adaptability of Korean stories and travelability of Thai content across cultures and languages.”

True CJ Creations is a joint venture between CJ ENM and Thailand’s True Corp, a major telco and media conglomerate, which operates pay-TV platform TrueVisions and streaming platform TrueID. 

Amazon MX Player, which has around 300 million monthly users, was integrated into its larger sibling, Prime Video India, earlier this year
