Preparations for border wall underway at Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge




rews have begun preparing the land to build a border wall through Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge.

On Monday, Border Report saw crews working for Spencer Construction cutting grass and brush on the southside of the levee, which is where U.S. Customs and Border Protection has said the 30-foot-tall border wall will be built.
