Alex Rodriguez’s new girlfriend celebrates his 51st birthday with PDA photos
Alex Rodriguez’s new girlfriend showed him some love on his birthday.
The three-time MVP turned 51 on Monday, July 27, and girlfriend Meghan Hayden posted various photos on her Instagram Story to celebrate.
“Happy Birthday @arod” Hayden wrote over the photos along with two red heart emojis.
The first photo features the couple posing together in a scenic location followed by a photo of Hayden leaning into Rodriguez at a restaurant.
In another, the couple is enjoying a boat ride together with Rodriguez arms wrapped around Hayden. The final photo shows them posing in front of a pool as Hayden wears a long yellow dress.
Hayden is a private fitness coach in New York City and a former Division I soccer player.
She was spotted kissing Rodriguez at Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin’s White Party on July 1 and the couple has since moved in together in the Hamptons, Page Six reported Monday.
The two are renting a house out East for the summer.
“They are dating. It’s new. She’s a really nice person from a great family,” a source told the outlet in early July.
This comes just two months after it was made public that Rodriguez split with longtime girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro. They dated for three years before breaking up around March.
Cordeiro, a bodybuilder, told TMZ that she was navigating “a serious health matter involving a family member” at the time.
“Alex and I are currently taking some time apart, but there continues to be mutual love, care and deep respect between us and for our families,” she told the outlet in May. “We remain supportive of one another, and there is absolutely no animosity, drama or negative story here.”
Hayden and Rodriguez have been spotted in the Hamptons throughout the summer, taking in Sag Harbor and beachfront restaurant Bounce Beach in Montauk.
Hayden also taught a workout class at Surf Lodge in Montauk over the weekend. It was hosted by the fitness-based dating app ATeam, of which she is an investor and a member of the founding committee.
