Who Is Mikayla Demaiter? Bryson DeChambeau Sparks Fresh Romance Rumors with Former Canadian Hockey Goalkeeper-Turned-Influencer
Bryson DeChambeau appears to have sparked fresh romance rumors involving a new woman. Fans have picked up on signs suggesting that the LIV Golf star may be dating former Canadian hockey player Mikayla Demaiter.
Speculation began after Demaiter, 26, was spotted at LIV Golf New York at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster wearing an LIV guest pass around her neck, according to The Sun. She was also seen sporting a Crushers GC hat at one point. DeChambeau serves as captain of the LIV Golf team. The speculation grew further after Demaiter shared a selfie earlier this week showing herself standing in front of a closet packed with sneakers and hats.

Fans soon began wondering whether the selfie had been taken inside DeChambeau’s home, with some pointing to the closet in the background as a possible clue. The speculation continued after Demaiter shared a photo of an oceanfront golf course on her Instagram Story on Sunday, adding more fuel to the dating rumors.
Despite the growing chatter, neither DeChambeau, 32, nor Demaiter has publicly confirmed that they are in a relationship.
Demaiter previously played goalie for the Bluewater Hawks in Canada’s Provincial Women’s Hockey League Junior League.

Demaiter stepped away from hockey at 19 after suffering an injury and decided to focus on modeling and building her social media career. She has since become a major online personality, with around three million followers on Instagram.
One of them for sure is DeChambeau has also appeared to be single for several years.
Ready for New Romance
His last publicly confirmed relationship was with Hunter Nugent, a former University of Texas golfer, with their split reported in September 2022. It has also been a challenging season for DeChambeau on the golf course.

He missed the cut at the Masters, PGA Championship and U.S. Open before finishing tied for 14th at the Open Championship in July.
His run at the Open took a hit during the second round when he was assessed a two-shot penalty for “inadvertently improving the area of his intended swing.”
The penalty dropped DeChambeau from 7-under par, just one shot off the lead heading into Saturday’s third round, to 5-under and tied for fifth.
“No, it was a good fight. I wish I would have given it more on Saturday and Sunday,” he said at the time. “Felt like I could have. Besides the fifth hole and being three-over on that hole and then the 11th hole, that’s six shots. That’s tied for the lead right there. That’s two holes and I’m right there with the Claret Jug.”
