Who Is Ayden Langevin? Man Who Posted Disturbing Video Calling to Kill Donald Trump and Threatened Secret Service Arrested by FBI
The FBI has arrested a man who allegedly made violent threats against President Donald Trump and Secret Service agents, during a late-night operation. Federal agents reportedly moved in around 2:30 a.m. on Monday and arrested the suspect.
The arrest came shortly after the account “Libs of TikTok” exclusively reported that the FBI had identified the man as Ayden Langevin and tracked him down following a series of alleged threats. Langevin got enraged over the failed assassination attempts against the President and began urging people to take mass action, according to the account. In a TikTok rant, he claimed leftists had “no choice” but to arm themselves and storm the White House to kill Trump and his entire Secret Service detail.
No Risk This Time
It remains unclear how Langevin planned to take on the dozens of armed and highly trained federal agents protecting the White House remains unclear, although he described his plan as “simple.”
“It’s as simple as: we all grab guns,” he said. “We all group together… We all rush the White House and actually kill Trump and ALL of the Secret Service,” he added. “We are killing. We have to kill!”
“I don’t know how many times I have to say this sh** online!” he continued, insisting there was “no other f****** way.”
Sen. Mike Lee responded by directing a pointed message at FBI Director Kash Patel, seemingly criticizing the agency for not acting sooner on threats against the president. “Kash, this might be a good time for an arrest,” Lee wrote.
The FBI confirmed that an arrest had been made.

The first occurred on July 13, 2024, during an outdoor rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, opened fire from a nearby rooftop with an AR-15-style rifle.
Just two months later, on September 15, Secret Service agents found 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh concealed in a tree line near the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Routh was carrying an SKS-style rifle while Trump was playing a round of golf.
Agents fired at Routh before he could shoot, and he was taken into custody soon after fleeing the area.
Then, in April, another security scare unfolded at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner at the Washington Hilton. Secret Service agents quickly moved Trump off the stage after an armed man ran past a security checkpoint in the lobby and opened fire.
Law enforcement officers tackled the suspect before he could reach the main ballroom.
