‘The Four Seasons’ Marco Calvani Heads To SeriesFest As Denver Event Sets Lineup


SeriesFest, the annual TV event held in Denver, Colorado, has added a number of showcases and panels to its lineup including the addition of Marco Calvani, one of the stars of Netflix’s upcoming comedy series The Four Seasons.

Calvani, who stars alongside Tina Fey, Steve Carrell and Colman Domingo in the TV adaptation of the Alan Alda movie, will be feted with the Breakthrough Actor award at SeriesFest. There will also be an advance screening of the show and panel featuring Calvani and co-showrunner Tracey Wigfield.

W. Kamau Bell will also attend for a live podcast taping of the ACLU’s podcast At Liberty, discussing political comedy and making sense of this moment in America.

Kit Williamson, star of Unconventional, will return to Denver alongside Revry co-founders Damian Pelliccione and Chris Rodriguez to address breaking barriers in traditional media and fostering an inclusive environment for both established and emerging LGBTQ+ talent.

He will also share his experiences as part of SeriesFest’s Vanguard Workshop series.

When Calls the Heart co-creator and exec producer Brian Bird, Chris King, SVP, Drama Development, Sony Pictures Television and Lindsay Rovegno, VP of Production, ESPN Originals, will talk the future of storytelling; Julie Ann Crommett, founder and CEO of Collective Moxie, Lawon Exum, Entertainment and Media Director of Disability Belongs and Elijah McKinnon, co-founder and executive director of Open Television will participate in a discussion on the power of media and identity and SAG-AFTRA National Executive Director & Chief Negotiator Duncan Crabtree-Ireland will talk A.I technology alongside Flawless co-CEO & Founder Scott Mann and Wonder Dynamics co-founder Nikola Todorovic

There will also be an international spotlight with screenings of series including Norway’s A Better Man, France’s Ça C’est Paris and Enjoy!, Egypt’s Lam Shamsiya and the UK’s The Island.
