Selma Blair Meltdown: Abusive Actress Left Flight Attendants with Bloody Nose and Bite Marks, 911 Audio Reveals
Selma Blair allegedly left wounded multiple Delta flight attendants before being arrested for trying to open an aircraft door while the plane was in flight. A pilot during Sunday’s flight from Los Angeles International Airport to New York’s JFK requested medical personnel and law enforcement to meet the aircraft upon arrival, 911 audio reveals.
The pilot described a passenger as “abusive.” “Could you pass on to the folks at JFK, we’d like to have some medical personnel at the gates for a couple of [flight attendants] involved in the passenger incident,” the pilot said in the recording. “They just need to get a couple of things looked at,” he added.
Bloody Scene Inside Flight
When the pilot was asked to estimate how many ambulances would be needed, he said medical staff at the gate would be sufficient to help two flight attendants. “No ambulances. Just some medical personnel available for two flight attendants at the gate should be fine for that.”
The pilot then outlined the injuries reportedly sustained by the flight attendants and “Cruel Intentions” actress, describing them as “minor.”
“A bloody nose as well as some bite marks,” he said.
He also alleged that the “disruptive passenger” had “bashed her head on the bulkhead” and might need medical attention alongside intervention from law enforcement.
Blair, 54, allegedly became involved in a physical confrontation with Delta flight attendants after trying to open the aircraft door while the plane was airborne.
“On Sunday, October 11, at approximately 11 p.m. at JFK Airport, PAPD responded to a call about a physically abusive passenger aboard Delta Airlines flight 938, which was parked at the gate after arrival from LAX,” sources told us.
“Suspect was identified as Selma Blair … she was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for evaluation,” they added.
“Two flight attendants also reported injuries, and one was transported to the hospital for further evaluation. The FBI is investigating this incident. For further information please reach out the airline and the FBI.”

Blair had “experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct” and remains in “stable condition,” Page Six reported. TMZ reported that the “Legally Blonde” actress faces two assault charges, one involving a police officer and the other a nurse who she allegedly attacked after arriving at the hospital.
Delta Airlines also addressed Blair’s alleged conduct during the flight in an exclusive statement to Page Six, condemning her “unruly” behavior.
“Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first,” an airline spokesperson told the publication on Monday.
The incident occurred aboard Delta flight 938, which was traveling from Los Angeles International Airport to New York’s JFK Airport on Oct. 11.
The spokesperson said the incident did not disrupt the flight’s operations, as the aircraft reached JFK ahead of schedule.
“No operational impact to the flight as the flight landed ahead of schedule at JFK,” the spokesperson added. “Law enforcement responded upon the flight’s arrival at JFK.”
