Rain Hannah, longtime girlfriend of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil, was arrested in Tennessee on Nov. 1 on a domestic-related assault charge following an alleged altercation at the singer’s home. The 45-year-old makeup artist, whose legal name is Rain Andreani, posted a $5,000 bond and was released the next day. She is due in court on Dec. 3.

According to arrest records reviewed by PEOPLE, Hannah was taken into custody by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office in Franklin, Tennessee, while Page Six, citing a source who spoke to TMZ, reported further details about the alleged incident. The arrest has drawn attention to her relationship with Neil, whom she has dated since 2011. Despite being together for more than a decade, the couple have largely kept their personal lives private, occasionally sharing glimpses of their relationship through public appearances and social media posts.

Arrest and Allegations Surrounding the Incident

According to Page Six, citing a source who spoke to TMZ, Hannah allegedly struck Neil during a heated argument and damaged items inside his home. The source did not disclose what sparked the dispute.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office arrest records identify the charge as domestic-related assault but provide no further details. PEOPLE said it contacted the sheriff’s office and Mötley Crüe representatives but received no response. Neither Hannah nor Neil had publicly commented on the arrest.

Hannah posted a $5,000 bond and was released the following day. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 3. The allegations remain unproven, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

A Relationship Dating Back to 2011

Hannah and Neil began dating in 2011 and have kept their relationship largely private. Hannah is a celebrity makeup artist, professionally known as Rain Andreani.

The couple reportedly split in May 2025 after nearly 15 years together and reconciled the following month, according to Page Six, citing TMZ. The reported breakup was linked to suspicions of infidelity, though neither publicly confirmed the circumstances.

They have no children together but share several dogs. Neil also spends time with Hannah at their horse ranch when he is not touring with Mötley Crüe.

Social Media Offers Glimpses Into Their Private Life

The couple rarely share details about their relationship, but occasional social media posts offer glimpses into their life together.

Neil last featured Hannah on Instagram on Sept. 8, 2024, sharing a selfie of them wearing Chicago Bears hats with the caption, “Winning on Sunday Funday with @rainhannah !”

In 2020, Hannah revealed that their Yorkshire terrier, California “Cali” Wolf, had been killed by two neighborhood dogs, describing the incident as being “brutally hunted.” The couple later welcomed three dogs: Thumbelina, Wilhelmina and Madalene.

Hannah Was Injured in Vince Neil’s 2025 Plane Crash

Hannah was among those injured when Neil’s private jet collided with a parked aircraft at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona on Feb. 10, 2025. Neil was not aboard. The crash killed one pilot and injured several others, according to The Associated Press.

Page Six reported that Hannah was hospitalized with several broken bones. Following the collision, Neil’s representative said, “Mr. Neil’s thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved, and he is grateful for the critical aid of all first responders assisting today,” according to the AP.

The National Transportation Safety Board investigated the crash, with its preliminary report pointing to landing gear problems.

Mötley Crüe’s Recent Tour and Upcoming Las Vegas Residency

Neil and his Mötley Crüe bandmates recently completed their 33-date The Return of the Carnival of Sins Tour, which celebrated the band’s 45th anniversary and the 20th anniversary of its 2005 live album. The tour ran from July 17 to Sept. 26, with Neil joined by Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and guitarist John 5, who replaced Mick Mars in 2022.

The band has also announced its fourth Las Vegas residency, Carnival of Sins in Sin City, scheduled for March 19 to April 3, 2027, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Hannah is due in court on Dec. 3. Authorities have not released further details about the domestic-related assault charge.
