Bank, a 27-year company veteran, is segueing from, President, East Coast to senior creative advisor, a more creative role where he will focus on developing IP, among other responsibilities. “Josh, Joelle, and Lanie have done a remarkable job building our book business in the YA and adult markets. With these changes we are well-positioned for a future slate of bestselling books that will no doubt become our next hit shows and movies,” Morgenstein said.
Alloy’s book division develops on average 20 books per year, with more than 100 Alloy titles hitting the New York Times and USA Today bestseller lists, including The Wife Upstairs by Rachel Hawkins, The Return of Ellie Black by Emiko Jean, American Royals by Katharine McGee, and Caroline Kepnes’ You, on which the Netflix series is based.
