2026 NFC Championship: How to watch Rams-Seahawks—Start time, livestream

The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks are set for a third meeting this season with a lot more than just a win on the line.

Live from Seattle, Washington, the Rams and Seahawks will face off in the 2026 NFC Championship. The winner will advance to the Feb. 8 Super Bowl against the winner of Patriots-Broncos.

The Rams won both previous meetings this season; the first was a close 21-19 victory, while the second was a dramatic tilt that ended with an overtime touchdown for the Rams.

How to Watch Rams vs. Seahawks Live

If you don’t have traditional cable, you’ll need a live TV streaming service to watch today’s NFC Championship game.

One cost-effective option we love is Sling TV, which has a number of flexible plans. FOX is part of Sling’s Select plan, which costs just $19.99/month and in addition to live local FOX, includes local NBC and ABC as well (so you can watch the Super Bowl and upcoming Olympics all on just one month’s subscription!).
