“My hairdresser got hers dissolved,” she told E! News in December 2024. “I was like, ‘I like the way your lips look.’ I don’t like to be the first Guinea pig to try anything. So I saw that my hairdresser did it, and it looked really good on her. I was like, ‘Alright, I’m going to try that.’ That’s why I did it.” 

And the 54-year-old—mom to daughters Gia Giudice, 25, Gabriella Giudice, 21, Milania Giudice, 20, and Audriana Giudice, 17, with ex-husband Joe Giudice—emphasized that her natural pout has gotten a lot of love.

“I did like them before, but my kids were like, ‘Ma, don’t do anymore,” she added. “I haven’t done my lips in—I don’t even know how long.”
