Ashley Hanley Joins WME As Talent Agent

EXCLUSIVE: Talent agent Ashley Hanley has left Paradigm join WME. She will be based out of the agency’s Beverly Hills office and will be part of WME’s talent department led by co-heads Andrew Dunlap and Doug Lucterhand.

Clients expected to follow Hanley to WME include Taylor Zakhar Perez (Red, White & Royal Blue), Darren Mann (1923), Sinqua Walls (Carry-On), Garrett Wareing (The Long Walk), and writer-actor Zeke Goodman (Breakthrough, Cruel Intentions).

Hanley had been a talent agent at Paradigm since 2019. She moved to Paradigm from APA where she started her career in 2011.

On the talent side, WME represents 2025 Oscar winner Kieran Culkin and nominees Felicity Jones, Jeremy Strong, and Colman Domingo, as well as previous Emmy winners and current contenders Jean Smart, Jeremy Allen White, Quinta Brunson, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Elisabeth Moss.
