Border buoys dislodged and floating down Rio Grande toward Laredo, Texas

At least 120 giant border buoys weighing about one ton each on Friday were floating uncontrolled down the Rio Grande from Eagle Pass, Texas, toward the South Texas border town of Laredo due to flooding in the region.
