Emilie Kiser Details Family’s Feelings Towards Husband Brady After Death of Their Son Trigg


For Emilie, the guilt occurs when she’s feeling more positive emotions.

“One of the hardest parts of loss, other than the loss itself, is allowing yourself to feel happy again,” she explained. “Allowing yourself to not have an emotion about every emotion. Just having that emotion whether it’s sad, happy, angry, guilty, shame, hurt, and really sitting with it and being okay with it.”

And for those possibly navigating similar challenges, she added, “Sending love to anyone going through similar battles right now.”
