Amid the growing controversy, Jennie’s agency, OA Entertainment, announced that it would pursue strong civil and criminal legal action against maliciously manipulated videos and false information circulating online.

The agency said it had begun gathering evidence through professional legal representatives and would maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward content it considers defamatory or deliberately manipulated.

The announcement came after videos allegedly showing, or appearing to suggest through editing, that part of Jennie’s body had been exposed because of a wardrobe issue during her performance began circulating online.
