Federal judge to hear case against state law banning LGBTQ+ groups from schools




A federal courtroom in Houston on Thursday will hear the first legal arguments over Senate Bill 12, named the “Parent’s Bill of Rights” by its authors and dubbed the “Student Identity Censorship Law” by its opponents.
