Fiancée defends partner who allegedly recruited creep to sexually assault her — claims he never agreed to ‘role play scenario’

The fiancée of an Arizona sicko accused of recruiting an online stranger to sexually assault her insists her husband-to-be had no part in the scheme — despite the attacker’s claim the break-in was an agreed-upon “role-play scenario.”

Zarian Dyer, 23, was cuffed last Thursday after investigators alleged he recruited 20-year-old Adrian Ayala to sexually assault his fiancée, Bella Torres.

But Torres insisted Dyer did nothing wrong.

“My partner was forced to deal with false accusations fabricated by the defendant during his frantic attempt to make excuses,” she said in court on Wednesday, according to AZ Family.

A tearful Torres recounted the horrific attack, claiming Dyer was merely grabbing groceries when Ayala attacked her inside her Buckeye home.

“My security sensor alerted me that my front door was opening,” she said.

“Assuming it was my partner returning from bringing in groceries, my daughter and I walked to the door to assist him. Instead, I found a stranger at my door.”

Ayala asked to use the bathroom and when Torres refused, he allegedly forced his way inside, attacked her and kicked her 17-month-old daughter, according to court documents viewed by AZ Family.

Torres fought off the intruder and shoved him into the driveway, where Ayala blurted out that Dyer had set up the attack, saying, “your boyfriend told me you’d be into this.”

She then repeatedly asked for Dyer’s name, and Ayala did not respond.

According to charging documents, investigators uncovered Reddit messages allegedly sent by Dyer before the assault urging Ayala to hurry up while the sender was trying to “fake kill time” at the grocery store.

A week earlier, on Oct. 16, Ayala allegedly asked over Reddit whether Torres would be “in on” the plan. The user bluntly replied: “nope,” police said.

“You can’t tell her I told you or sent you either you just gotta do it I understand if it’s too much,” Ayala was told, according to court documents reviewed by NBC News.

When Ayala asked what to do if the twisted scheme went sideways, the user urged him to “run to your car and leave and we can pretend this didn’t happen.”

Ayala’s attorney argued in court that his client was brought to the house by the victim’s boyfriend for a “role-play scenario,” claiming he had no intent to commit a felony and believed he had the woman’s consent, the Merced Sun-Star reported.

Dyer was hit with a slew of charges including aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy.

Ayala was slapped with charges of kidnapping, sexual abuse, burglary and aggravated assault, court records show.
