Independent watchdog finds ICE can not assure its agents turn on body-worn cameras

An independent federal watchdog said Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) lacks the ability to assure its agents are activating body-worn cameras when they are required to do so, according to a report released publicly on Wednesday.
