Inside Caitlin O’Connor’s “Amazing” Birthday Celebration With Fiancé Joe Manganiello

Caitlin O’Connor is ringing in a new year with fiancé Joe Manganiello. 

The television host shared exclusive details on how she celebrated her 37th birthday Aug. 3 alongside the Magic Mike actor, musing in a statement to E! News, “It was an amazing birthday.”

Indeed, O’Connor noted it “feels great” to turn a year older, revealing she spent the day in Pittsburgh, hitting up Mediterra—where their dog Bubbles has her own hot honey latte on the menu—for lunch and later a fancy dinner complete with a small birthday tart and wine. 

O’Connor said the couple kept the festivities going all week, opting to see The Tempest at Quantum Theater behind a steel mill. The freshly 37-year-old also shared a glimpse into that date night on Instagram, quipping in the caption, “A very Pittsburgh date night.”

And it’s been a year worth celebrating for O’Connor and Manganiello, 49. In October, the True Blood alum—who was previously married to Sofia Vergara—popped the question after two years of dating. 

“We’re just very happy,” O’Connor told E! News shortly after the engagement. “I’m very happy, taking it day by day.”
