Japan Home’s Singapore retail stores operated by Radha Exports from Aug 19
[SINGAPORE] A statement on Japan Home’s website seen by The Business Times on Thursday (Aug 20) said the retail chain has been licensed to fast-moving consumer goods brand Radha Exports, to operate its remaining Singapore stores.
This is part of Japan Home’s ongoing business development, it said.
The agreement commenced on Wednesday and has an initial term of three years. It is renewable for a further three years.
The Business Times reported on Wednesday that Japan Home had shuttered some of its stores in the city-state since June – with sources saying some may reopen as stores managed jointly with Value Dollar (Valu$).
Valu$ is a chain of retail stores that operates under the dollar-store concept, and is operated by Radha Exports-owned DD Pte Ltd.
