Gaga simply disappeared after wrapping her Mayhem Ball tour in April, and reemerged in early September as a mother, photographed on a quiet walk in Northern California with a newborn tucked against her chest.
An Announcement Nobody Saw Coming
Page Six broke the news first, publishing photos that showed Gaga and Polansky strolling through the San Francisco area with their infant secured in a carrier. Neither the baby’s name, sex, nor exact birth date has been shared publicly, and as of this writing.
The timing lines up with months of speculation that something was going on behind the scenes. Gaga went quiet after her tour finale, and rumors began circulating that she and Polansky had quietly eloped, a theory a TMZ report published Sept 9 specifically pushed back on.
Gaga and Polansky’s relationship has been unfolding in public for years, even as this particular chapter stayed hidden. The pair began dating in early 2020, shortly after her breakup from Christian Carino, and made things Instagram-official that February with a photo from the Super Bowl in Miami.
Polansky, a Harvard-educated entrepreneur who runs the Parker Foundation and sits on the board of Gaga’s Haus Labs, proposed in April 2024 during a rock-climbing trip, a story Gaga later recounted in detail on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
