Overdue QB change finally gives Jets a chance to evaluate another key roster spot



If you’re expecting Tyrod Taylor to save this Jets season from further ignominy, lower your expectations.

If you think he’s any part of their murky future at quarterback, think again.

If your hope is that he’ll be slinging the ball all over the field like Josh Allen when he starts in place of the benched Justin Fields against the Ravens Sunday, look elsewhere.

One thing you can be sure of, though, is this: Taylor won’t be rattled playing the surging 5-5 Ravens in Baltimore, the place where his 15-year career began in 2011.
