Police link Austin man with unsolved murders in 2 Central Texas counties

An Austin man accused in two separate 2025 shootings has now been charged with murder after Austin Police Department detectives linked him through DNA and cellphone evidence to the deaths of two women in Travis and Bastrop counties dating back to 2018, according to a newly filed affidavit.
