Police searching for suspect connected with In-N-Out assault


AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department seeks public help finding a suspect who allegedly assaulted someone in September at the In-N-Out restaurant on Guadalupe Street in West Campus.

The alleged assault happened around 1:45 a.m., per a news release from APD. Police said the suspect caused injuries when assaulting the the victim.

APD described the suspect as a white man in his early to late 20s, is around 5’8″ to 6’2″ and weighs around 185-218 pounds.

Anyone who has any information on this case can submit an anonymous tip via the Capital Area Crime Stoppers Program website or by calling 512-472-8477. Police said an award up to $1,000 could be available if any information given leads to an arrest.
