‘Pretty Little Liars’ star Keegan Allen posted a photo of his stitched head in an Instagram update, saying, “Healing. Will update more soon. Thank you to medical team and law enforcement and everyone reaching out.”

Allen was brutally robbed and pistol-whipped this week outside luxury grocery store Laurel Supply. He posted a video showing his bloody forehead in the immediate aftermath of the crime, which was caught on video.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Post that their West Hollywood station will step up patrols after the attack. Officials also said a similar incident occurred this morning but said it was not connected to Allen’s incident.
