Pretty Little Liars’ Troian Bellisario Strips Down for Nude Photo on 40th Birthday 

Patrick J. Adams isn’t keeping his love for Troian Bellisario a secret.

And on her 40th birthday, the Suits alum went a step further, sharing a photo of the Pretty Little Liars alum in her—birthday suit.

“I don’t know how you do it all or how I got so lucky to do it with you,” the actor wrote on his Instagram Oct. 28, alongside a photo of Troian lying naked by a pool, alongside their dog Beans, “but I’ll take every damn drop I can get.”

The 44-year-old continued, “Happy birthday @sleepinthegardn – you are the gift that literally never stops giving and everyone lucky enough to know you feels it.
