Protesters, police association speak about arrests at anti-ICE protest Saturday




Protesters said that the group intentionally didn’t coordinate with law enforcement beforehand, adding that blocking streets was necessary “to challenge the system.” Austin Police Association President Michael Bullock said that although people have a right to protest, public demonstrations must still operate within legal limits.
