The third took place on May 20, 2021, when, per the release, Pooh Shiesty “assaulted a victim with a firearm at a Miami strip club.”

The following year, in April 2022, Pooh Shiesty was sentenced to 63 months in prison as well as three years of supervised release, according to documents filed in the Southern District of Florida obtained by USA TODAY

At the time of his sentences, Cohen noted that while “nobody’s happy to go to prison,” he and Pooh Shiesty were pleased with the ruling.

“He was happy the judge listened to our argument, and the judge received the argument well,” Cohen had told Rolling Stone. “He was satisfied with the outcome. We’re happy with the decision of the court.”
