Consider Reba McEntire‘s family even bigger.
After all, The Voice judge’s son Shelby Blackstock and his wife Marissa Blackstock just welcomed their first baby together.
“After everything it took to get here, we finally get to call ourselves Mom and Dad,” the pair wrote on an Oct. 21 Instagram Story. “We’ve been taking these first few weeks just for us, and there’s nowhere else we’d rather be.”
The following post showed Shelby cradling his son, revealing the baby’s name to be Shelby Archer McEntire Blackstock. Or, as Marissa revealed, Archie for short.
The exciting news comes six months after Marissa and Shelby revealed they were expecting.
“Oh, BOY,” Marissa captioned her and Shelby’s joint Instagram post April 14. “We’re beyond excited to FINALLY announce our little man is coming in October. See ya real soon, pal! Mommy + Daddy love you!”
Alongside the message, the couple shared photos of themselves holding up a onesie and kissing in front of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. In another, a sonogram, a cake adorned with a blue Mickey Mouse pattern sat beside a Mickey hat with “Baby Blackstock” on a table.
