‘Ted Lasso’s James Lance Signs With Industry Entertainment
EXCLUSIVE: Emmy-nominated Ted Lasso actor James Lance has signed with Industry Entertainment for management.
Lance is best known for his portrayal of Trent Crimm, the journalist covering the Jason Sudeikis–coached AFC Richmond, on Apple TV’s Ted Lasso, for which he was nominated for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series.
A versatile and longtime presence in British film and television, Lance’s other TV credits include I’m Alan Partridge, The Book Group, Black Mirror, Teachers, and Moving Wallpaper. On the film side, he’s appeared in Nicolas Winding Refn’s Bronson, Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette, A Hundred Streets opposite Idris Elba, Northern Soul alongside Steve Coogan, Bel Ami starring Robert Pattinson, and most recently, The Salt Path alongside Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs.
A graduate of the National Youth Theatre, Lance has performed extensively on stage, including in London’s West End. Up next, he’ll be seen in the Sky Original Tinsel Town, starring Kiefer Sutherland and Rebel Wilson.
