Texas awaits US Supreme Court decision on redistricting case

Democratic-backed groups, along with the U.S. Department of Justice, filed briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday as the high court is set to decide whether or not Texas can use its newly drawn congressional maps in the midterm elections next year.
