Texas DPS hit with $1.6M jury verdict in race discrimination, retaliation lawsuit




A federal jury has awarded more than $1.6 million in combined damages after finding that the Texas Department of Public Safety subjected two employees to race-based harassment and retaliated against one of them for complaining about discrimination.
