The Met Gala After-Party Looks Are Even Better Than the Red Carpet
There were so many unforgettable outfits on the 2026 Met Gala red carpet, as there are every year. But the Met Gala after-party looks are the real talking point of the night.
When all the same A-list celebrities we saw on the steps of The Met are given a chance to show off their personal style without any rules or dress code to follow, the result is certainly a lot more fun. Some stayed with the Fashion Is Art dress code of the red carpet, others seemed more motivated to just look hot. Either way, great style was delivered.
Blackpink’s Jennie Kim showed up in a two-piece set perfect for summer nights out, while One Battle After Another actor Chase Infiniti wore a dress in chartreuse, the season’s trendiest color. And then you have Margot Robbie, who officially put her Wuthering Heights aesthetic behind her with a pair of cute light-wash jeans.
The Met Gala after-party looks may not be as technically impressive as the red-carpet ones, but they’re certainly just as interesting. Keep scrolling to see some of our favorites from the night.
