Tottenham vs Everton Live Streaming: How to Watch the Premier League Match Online in the US, UK and India
Tottenham face another early-season challenge as they look to finally get their campaign on track and claim their first win against a determined Everton side. Manager Roberto De Zerbi is already under growing scrutiny from the English media and frustrated Tottenham supporters, who are desperate for the team to deliver results.
The pressure has also increased because of the club’s massive spending during the summer transfer window. Spurs bought several new players across attack, midfield and defense, but despite that investment, they haven’t yet found the net in the Premier League after three games. Last weekend, Tottenham narrowly escaped defeat at Nottingham Forest after VAR ruled out the hosts’ goal.
Big Challenge Ahead
Tottenham have already suffered a home loss to Newcastle United, leaving De Zerbi under increasing pressure to win over the supporters and gain their trust in his plans. With results failing to improve, the situation is starting to become a serious concern.
Spurs will welcome Everton to North London looking to finally secure their first win of the season and give De Zerbi’s project some much-needed momentum. Another failure to collect points, especially on home turf, could increase the pressure as Tottenham look to mount a challenge for a top-four place.
At present, with Coventry City and Aston Villa the exceptions, every other team Tottenham have faced has enjoyed a stronger run of results. Everton enter this match in better form, particularly after their dramatic draw with Manchester United last weekend.
Everton produced an impressive comeback at Hill Dickinson Stadium, recovering from behind twice to earn a point in an entertaining second half. Ainsley Maitland-Niles marked his debut with a spectacular stoppage-time equalizer. Manchester United had taken the lead through Bryan Mbeumo before Tyrique George brought Everton level with a fine finish. Benjamin Sesko then put United back in front, but Maitland-Niles struck again at the crucial moment to rescue a draw.
The Toffees will be eager to maintain their unbeaten start and capitalize on Tottenham’s poor form. Although Everton may not enter the match as favorites, they have a realistic opportunity to avoid defeat. A point is certainly within their reach, while another disappointing Spurs performance could even open the door for Everton to take all three points.
