Travis Kelce sends NFL stern warning after Chiefs’ win over Raiders
The Kansas City Chiefs‘ put together a masterful performance on Sunday, taking down the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders with a 31-0 final score at Arrowhead Stadium.
MVP candidate Patrick Mahomes put forth one of his best performances of the 2025 season so far, completing 26 of his 35 pass attempts for 286 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions through just three quarters of action. Wide receiver Rashee Rice reeled in seven catches for 42 yards and two touchdowns in his first game back since an NFL suspension that held him out for the first six games of the year.
Veteran tight end Travis Kelce led the way for the Chiefs in the receiving game, catching three passes for a team-leading 54 yards.
After the shutout victory, Kelce sent a clear warning about the Chiefs’ offense moving forward.
“I think it’s just a glimpse of what you’re going to see from here on out,” Kelce said. “We’re going to get even more and more in synch with having everybody… Having the full game. Having the full arsenal. As long as we keep playing unselfish and getting excited for each other, the sky’s the limit for this group, baby.”

The Chiefs finished the game with 434 yards of total offense, out-gaining the Raiders’ 95 yards. Running back Isiah Pacheco led the way for Kansas City on the ground, recording 57 yards and one touchdown on a team-high 15 carries. Rookie RB Brashard Smith chipped in with 39 yards on 14 carries.
Kelce has been impressive through the first seven games of the Chiefs’ 2025 season. Entering Sunday’s matchup against the Raiders, he led the team in receiving with 28 catches for 321 yards and two touchdowns.

After notching back-to-back losses to open up the season, the Chiefs have won four of their last five games. Catching their stride midway through the season, the reigning AFC champions will look to continue their positive momentum in a “Monday Night Football” matchup against the Washington Commanders in Week 8.
