'We're really energized'; City holds open house on I-35 Northern Stitches for cap and stitch project

City of Austin staff and representatives with the Texas Department of Transportation were at the Austin Public Library Carver Branch Saturday, answering community members’ questions and gathering feedback on the city’s plans for what to do in tandem with a portion of TxDOT’s I-35 Capital Express Central project.
