Brazilian journalist Gabriel Perline also commented on the growing controversy, stating that Bertolazzi’s criticism of BTS had triggered the online retaliation. He alleged that fans had used leaked personal information to sign her up for various unwanted services, further amplifying the dispute across Brazilian social media.

Meanwhile, BTS fans continued criticizing Bertolazzi online and reportedly organized efforts to report her social media accounts.

Brazilian news outlet Metrópoles contacted the Workers’ Party to verify whether a membership request had actually been submitted in Bertolazzi’s name. As of the latest reports, the party had not publicly confirmed that any registration had been processed.
